One of our favorite Wicklow wedding venues has got to be Tinakilly House. Tinakilly House is located just north of Wicklow town and is about one hour from Dublin making it very accessible. There are so many features which make this place the perfect place to hold any wedding. This particular wedding from Laragh and Stephen was held on quite possibly one of the warmest days of 2019. This allowed for two very unique elements that very few venues can actually offer. An outdoor ceremony and an outdoor first dance.
Tinakilly House is probably one of our favourite venues to hold an outdoor ceremony. The beauty of having an outdoor ceremony is you still have a fantastic view of the house in the background. While the weather on this particular day could not have been better, you can still have your drinks reception inside the. The dinner reception is held onsite in The Great Eastern Pavilion which is separate from the main house. The Pavilion is decorated in a similar victorian theme to the house. Keeping in theme with the entire venue but also offering a slight contrast. You can also hold your wedding in the Halpin Suite of the Tinakilly House.
Laragh and Stephen got ready onsite which is so much easier for any couple on the day. There are 52 stunning rooms in Tinakilly so you and your guests will have lots of choice.
